Sushi Class

Sushi is fresh, healthy, tasty and trendy.  Hardly anyone tries to make this at home because surely something which looks and tastes so beautiful must really be difficult to create. Not so. With this experience you will learn all about the different types of sushi, fish, rice and vegetable ingredients, as well as tips on how to make it yourself at home.

Your class will start off with a talk on the history of sushi before watching a demonstration by a top chef.  You will then prepare three different types of sushi, with the expert advice and help of the chef who remains on hand to help.

Participants will leave with a bento box fully equipped with soy sauce, wasabi, ginger, chop sticks, and their own hand made sushi to enjoy. Alternatively, the sushi made during the event can be consumed together on the premises at the end of the event.
